How long will my product take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, as each item is made to order with care. During sales or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. If you need your order sooner, please contact us—we’re happy to help with rush requests when possible.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is packaged and ready to ship!
Where is my product shipping from?
All orders ship from Santa Clarita, California where each item is carefully made and packaged.
If you’re local, we also offer pickup, just contact us to arrange!
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, we start processing orders quickly to ensure fast turnaround times. This means cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help! After that window, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to the personalized nature of our products.
What if my product gets lost?
We know how frustrating that can be! That’s why we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If you choose this optional insurance, your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If your package goes missing and you added Route at checkout, just file a claim through their easy-to-use portal. If you didn’t select Route, we’ll do our best to help, but we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages without coverage.
