We’re excited to get your custom blankets and towels to you as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s what you can expect when ordering from us:

Order Processing
Because each item is made to order with care, please allow 2–4 business days for us to process and prepare your order. During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be a bit longer — thanks for your patience!

Shipping Methods & Times
We use reliable carriers to ship your order directly from Southern California. Shipping times typically take:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: These options are available at checkout

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options soon!

Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Contact us! We’re happy to discuss rush orders and expedited shipping options when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We know how frustrating that can be! That’s why we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If you choose this optional insurance, your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If your package goes missing and you added Route at checkout, just file a claim through their easy-to-use portal. If you didn’t select Route, we’ll do our best to help, but we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages without coverage.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Order Changes
Since each order is personalized, changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us right away if you need to make adjustments.

Local Pickup
If you’re local to Southern California, we offer convenient pickup options. Please contact us to arrange a time that works best for you!
